1.1 The Term Parking Space Rental Agreement between the Supplier UAB Kauno arena and the Customer is concluded at the time when the Customer makes a reservation and pays for the parking space on the adcparking.com website.
1.2 Once the booking is confirmed in accordance with the established procedure, the customer shall be entitled to access the parking lot of Kaunas Žalgiris Arena (Karaliaus Mindaugo pr. 50, Kaunas, Lithuania) on the specified dates and times.
1.3 Reservations at the Kaunas Žalgiris Arena car park cannot be cancelled, nor can they be exchanged for reservations on other dates or times. If the customer is unable to use the service at the reserved time, the money paid for the reservation will not be refunded.
1.4 After events at Žalgiris Arena, cars are only released after the pedestrian flow out of the Arena has ended. This may take up to 40 minutes depending on the number of people.

2.1 The reservation of a parking space for a fixed-term rental is made online at adcparking.com.
2.2 The first step in the booking process. Select the event to be held at Žalgiris Arena for which the parking reservation is made.
2.3 Second booking step. Entering customer data.
2.4 Fourth booking step. Payment.

3.1 Payment for the reservation is for 1 hour. Failure to make payment within 1 hour will result in the cancellation of the customer's parking reservation.
3.2 Payments are made via SEB, Swedbank and DNB e-banking logins, credit cards, PayPal or the MOKĖJIMAI LT payment system page.

4.1 Confirmation of the reservation for the rental of a parking space, including the reservation statement and invoice (for a natural or legal person), shall be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the reservation within 1 hour after payment.
4.2 The customer must comply with the parking rules and instructions as written in the booking confirmation. The Rules of Conduct for Visitors of Žalgiris Arena also apply, which are binding for all visitors, including vehicle operators, who park their vehicles in the Žalgiris Arena car park. 4.3 If the customer parks his/her vehicle without following the instructions sent in the confirmation, as well as if he/she violates the rules of conduct, the customer assumes full responsibility for non-compliance with the rules and possible additional costs.
4.4 In the event of damage to other people's property during the rental period, the client accepts full responsibility for such damage and undertakes to compensate for the damage caused. The Service Provider shall be entitled to provide third parties with data, material and evidence of any event which may have caused or resulted in the damage. If the service provider is obliged to compensate third parties for damage caused by the actions of the client, the service provider shall have the right of recourse against the client for such damage.

5.1 The amount of the rental fee for a time-limited parking space shall be specified at the time of booking for the selected event.
5.2 All prices are quoted in Euros including VAT.

6.1 Neither the Service Provider nor ADCParking is responsible for the security of the cars and the items left in them.

7.1 Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with ADCParking's privacy policy, which can be found here: https://www.adcparking.com/uploads/files/dir21/dir1/4_0.php. Your data will be transferred to the service provider UAB Kauno arena, which manages the parking lots of Žalgiris Arena, at the time of making the reservation. Therefore, the privacy policy of UAB Kauno arena, which can be found here: https://zalgirioarena.lt/lt/privatumo-politika/, applies additionally.

8.1 All complaints must be submitted directly to DK Investicijos UAB, at Rodūnios kelias 3, Vilnius or by e-mail to info@adcparking.com.
8.2 You can submit a request/complaint about the purchased service to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (Vilniaus st. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, phone: 8 5 262 67 51, fax: (8 5) 279 1466, internet on the website www.vvtat.lt (also for territorial units of the State Consumer Rights Protection Service in the regions) - whether to fill out the application form on the EGS platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr/ or in the Consumer Rights Information System (VTIS).

9.1 Any dispute or controversy arising out of and/or in connection with this Contract, which is not settled by negotiation within 30 (thirty) days of either Party's demand for performance of its obligations, shall be settled in accordance with the procedure laid down by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania, in accordance with the address of the Supplier.
9.2 This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Lithuania.
