How can I buy a prepaid ticket online?
STEP 1 - Reserving your place. Choose your arrival and departure dates. Click on the NEXT link.

STEP 2 - Enter your car registration number. It is essential to enter the exact registration number, as the system will automatically record it and let you into the car park. Returning customers receive a loyalty discount.
 
STEP 3 - Choice of reservation type

STEP 5 - Payment for the reserved ticket. 1 hour for payment. Failure to make payment within 1 hour will result in cancellation of your reservation.

Why is it better to purchase a prepaid ADCParking ticket online rather than paying upon arrival to the car park?
You will pay less than upon arrival to the car park;
Increased choice of services;
You will have a guaranteed parking space;
The car park is equipped with the licence plate recognition system and you will not be required to carry any tickets;
You will not need to have cash available;

What is the minimum term of the order?
This is a long-term car park with the minimum term of 24 hours for online orders.
What should I do if my e-mail ends with @gmail.com and I have not received the confirmation of reservation within 1 hour of payment to the operator?
If you did not receive the reservation confirmation within 1 hour, check the PROMOTIONS folder (PROMOTIONS folder is not the same as SPAM folder). If the confirmation is not in this folder either, please inform us about it by e-mail: info@adcparking.com
Is it possible to cancel the reservation?
If you choose the "Economy reservation" service, you cannot change the dates of your reservation and you cannot cancel your reservation (money paid is non-refundable). Only the registration number of the car can be changed.

For all other services, date changes, car registration number changes and cancellations are possible (full refund within 10 working days of request). If you wish to make corrections or cancellations, you can do so via the self-service <Mano ADC> with the logins sent by email along with the booking confirmation. How to get the invoice in English or Russian?
To receive the invoice in English, the reservation must be completed in the EN version of the website.
To receive the invoice in Russian, the reservation must be completed in the RU version of the website.
Is it possible to reserve a guaranteed space under a roof?
Yes, you need to choose VIP, XXL or WOW parking. These services cost extra.
How to get an invoice?
If you are making your reservation online, an invoice can be obtained at the fourth step in the reservation process. You will receive it with the e-mail confirming your reservation after paying the service price.
You can also find an invoice on the <My ADC> self-service page.
You can obtain and download an invoice for car parking paid for using an automatic payment machine by going onto our website, clicking on the <Invoice> link, selecting the parking lot and entering your payment receipt number.

Can I leave the car park if the flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed by no more than 4 hours, the system will release you at no extra charge. In this case, you will not need to book an additional reservation online for the next day. In case of longer delays, please extend your reservation in the <Mano ADC> self-service.
What are the maximum vehicle height and width for this multi-storey car park?
The maximum allowable height is 2.20 m, width – 2.40 m and length – 5.30 m.
Is the ADCParking car park located far from the Vilnius Airport?
The car par is located 250 m away from the passenger terminal, which can be reached in less than 3 minutes by foot.
How does the ADCParking automatic licence plate recognition system work?
At the entrance to the ADCParking car park, the cameras will register the vehicle's licence plate number. The boom barrier will then open automatically. The same procedure is repeated when exiting the car park.
Are the spaces marked?
There are no seat numbers on the pitches. There are lines drawn in the squares. For the VIP service, spaces are reserved by placing a stand with your car's plate number. For other services, you must park your car in any available space you like.
Can I enter and exit the car park several times during the reservation?
No. During the reservation period, you can enter and exit the car parking lot only twice.
I have a sports car with low ground clearance. Will I experience problems on the ramps between the floors?
If you maintain the maximum allowable speed at the car park (10 km/h), you should not experience any inconveniences.
Are all parking spaces provided with a roof?
No. 718 parking spaces of the total of 895 spaces are provided with a roof; 177 spaces have no roof.

Services

What is a VIP and XXL place?
VIP Reserved parking is only available after entering the multi-storey car park on the left. A "Reserved" sign with your car's registration number will be displayed next to the reserved space when you book this service. 
The XXL space is 32% wider than the standard or VIP space. They are located on the lower level of the car park. More info http://www.adcparking.com/242
What is the FAST TRACK service?
The FAST TRACK service grants the right to PRIORITY entrance through a separate security screening gate without having to wait in a common queue! After checking-in (if you have not checked-in online), go to the Airport security screening gate (keep left). Your gates are marked as FAST TRACK or CREW ONLY (for aircraft crew only).  
One Fast Track pass is valid for one passenger!
 
Strongly recommended to passengers taking morning flights, as long queues at the airport security gates are common at this time.
What is a cancellation option?
Once you have a cancellation opportunity and your plans change, you will be able to change dates or cancel your reservation and get your money back.
How do I use a car wash service?
When you order a car wash, we will clean the car just before you return. You can order a wash by purchasing a car reservation,  in self-service or on-site parking.

What if ...?

I have a pre-booking but my car number has changed?
You can change your car number before entering to the lot, in the self-service <My ADC>.
Can I leave the car park if the flight is delayed?
The system tracks any delayed flights automatically. If the flight is delayed for longer than 12 hours, the system will allow you to exit free of charge.
Will I arrive earlier or leave later than stated on the reservation?
If your current reservation (that has not yet ended) was purchased directly from the adcparking.com website, you can bring it forward or extend it by going onto the <My ADCParking> self-service page and connecting with the login credentials that were sent to you together with the e-mail confirming your reservation.

Didn't get my booking confirmation?
If you did not receive the reservation confirmation within 1 hour, check the PROMOTIONS folder (PROMOTIONS folder is not the same as SPAM folder). If the confirmation is not in this folder either, please inform us about it by e-mail: info@adcparking.com.
The plane lands at 23:50, what departure date should I choose?
For example, if your flight lands on 1 May at 23:50, you must make your reservation by 1 May. If you pick up your car before 4:00 am on 2 May, the system will drop you off for free.

Self-service questions

How to connect to the self-service page ?
You will receive your login credentials for the <My ADCParking> self-service page together with your reservation confirmation by e-mail immediately after purchasing the service. You can also obtain your login credentials by going onto the self-service page, clicking the “I forgot my password” link and entering the e-mail address you used when making your reservation.
On the self-service page, you can change the registration number of the car, bring forward or extend your reservation, order additional services, download an invoice or reservation confirmation, or cancel a reservation (if you have ordered this additional service).
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
You can reset your password by clicking on the "forgot my password" link in the <Mano ADC> login window and entering the email address you used to place your order.
What can I do in self-service?
In the self-service you can change the car's state number, advance or resume the reservation, book additional services, download an invoice or booking confirmation and cancel the reservation (if there is such an additional service).

Can I pay for parking on the spot?
Yes, we accept payments in cash (EUR) and by VISA, MasterCard, Maestro payment cards. The best rates are available when paying in advance on our website.
How can I get from Park Smart car park to the airport and back, and how long does it take?
We provide a free 24-hour shuttle serve in the new Volkswagen minivan. Call +371 20 477 477 for transfers from the airport to the car park. The trip takes about 2-3 minutes.
How does the automatic licence plate recognition system work?
The special video camera provided at the entrance with the boom barrier will register the licence plate numbers and transmit the electronic data to the system that recognises them, enters into the database and automatically opens the boom gate. The same applies for exiting the car park.
If the payment for parking services has not been made in advance, before leaving, tell the vehicle number to the car park operator in order to calculate the fee, and subsequently make the payment. If the payment was made in advance via our website, no additional actions need to be undertaken prior to exit. 
Do I need to produce any proof of online payment to the car park operator prior to entry or exit?
No, if you are using the parking services during the period that was paid for.
If the license plate number of the vehicle I arrive in to the car park is different than the one I indicated in the payment details, will I receive the service?
What happens if my flight is delayed and I come later than planned, while the time paid for is exceeded?
If the delay that occurred due to the fault of an airline company does not exceed 2 hours, no additional fee will be charged. In other cases, you will be required to pay for overdue time to the operator according to the rates previously applied.
