What should I do if my e-mail ends with @gmail.com and I have not received the confirmation of reservation within 1 hour of payment to the operator?
If you did not receive the reservation confirmation within 1 hour, check the PROMOTIONS folder (PROMOTIONS folder is not the same as SPAM folder). If the confirmation is not in this folder either, please inform us about it by e-mail: info@adcparking.com or call us at +370 5 2364444
I am your customer and I have a new car. How can I transfer the loyalty points from the old car to the new?
Send the licence plate numbers of both your old and new cars to info@adcparking.com and we will transfer the accumulated loyalty points to the new car.
What time should I enter in my reservation?
In the Select Time field you need to enter the time you are planning to arrive to the car park. This time is approximate and will allow you to enter the car park several hours earlier or later (the system will authorise your entry). The actual parking time will commence at the moment of your arrival to the car park.
How can I buy a prepaid ticket online?
STEP 1 – parking space reservation. Select the dates of arrival and departure and the approximate time. Click NEXT

Is it possible to cancel the reservation?
If you chose the “Economy reservation” or “Budget reservation” services, it will not possible to change the reservation dates and cancel the reservation (no refund will be provided). You can only change the licence plate number.

How can I get an invoice?
The invoice will be generated automatically and sent together with the reservation confirmation. The customer is responsible for accuracy of the data provided for the invoicing purposes.
How to get the invoice in English or Russian?
To receive the invoice in English, the reservation must be completed in the EN version of the website.
To receive the invoice in Russian, the reservation must be completed in the RU version of the website.
What is the FAST TRACK service?
The FAST TRACK service grants the right to PRIORITY entrance through a separate security screening gate without having to wait in a common queue! After checking-in (if you have not checked-in online), go to the Airport security screening gate (keep left). Your gates are marked as FAST TRACK or CREW ONLY (for aircraft crew only).  
One Fast Track pass is valid for one passenger!
 
Strongly recommended to passengers taking morning flights, as long queues at the airport security gates are common at this time.
What is the minimum term of the order?
This is a long-term car park with the minimum term of 24 hours for online orders.
Is it possible to reserve a guaranteed space under a roof?
Yes, select VIP or VIP XXL spaces. These spaces are located on the ground floor next to the entrance. An extra fee is charged for these services.

The system tracks any delayed flights automatically. If the flight is delayed for longer than 12 hours, the system will allow you to exit free of charge.
What are the maximum vehicle dimensions for this multi-storey car park?
The maximum allowable height is 2.20 m, width – 2.40 m and length – 5.30 m.
Is the ADCParking car park located far from the Vilnius Airport?
The car par is located 250 m away from the passenger terminal, which can be reached in less than 3 minutes by foot.
How does the ADCParking automatic licence plate recognition system work?

Are the spaces marked?
The car park does not have numbered parking spaces. The spaces are separated by lines. You can park your vehicle on any unoccupied space.
Is the multi-storey car park guarded?
All customer cars at the ADCParking.com parking lot at the Vilnius Airport (Rodūnios kelias 3, Vilnius) are guarded. ADCParking.com is the only company insuring its civil liability in case of car damage or theft.
* In the event of an insurable event, customers will be compensated for damages up to 58,000 Eur.
* The company is not responsible for personal belongings left in the client's car.
Can I enter and exit the car park several times during the reservation?
No. During the reservation period, you can enter and exit the car parking lot only twice.
I have a sports car with low ground clearance. Will I experience problems on the ramps between the floors?
If you maintain the maximum allowable speed at the car park (10 km/h), you should not experience any inconveniences.
Are all parking spaces provided with a roof?
No. 718 parking spaces of the total of 895 spaces are provided with a roof; 177 spaces have no roof.

How can I get from Park Smart car park to the airport and back, and how long does it take?
We provide a free 24-hour shuttle serve in the new Volkswagen minivan. Call +371 20 477 477 for transfers from the airport to the car park. The trip takes about 2-3 minutes.
How does the automatic licence plate recognition system work?
The special video camera provided at the entrance with the boom barrier will register the licence plate numbers and transmit the electronic data to the system that recognises them, enters into the database and automatically opens the boom gate. The same applies for exiting the car park.
If the payment for parking services has not been made in advance, before leaving, tell the vehicle number to the car park operator in order to calculate the fee, and subsequently make the payment. If the payment was made in advance via our website, no additional actions need to be undertaken prior to exit. 
Do I need to produce any proof of online payment to the car park operator prior to entry or exit?
No, if you are using the parking services during the period that was paid for.
If the license plate number of the vehicle I arrive in to the car park is different than the one I indicated in the payment details, will I receive the service?
What happens if my flight is delayed and I come later than planned, while the time paid for is exceeded?
If the delay that occurred due to the fault of an airline company does not exceed 2 hours, no additional fee will be charged. In other cases, you will be required to pay for overdue time to the operator according to the rates previously applied.

Can I cancel my order?
If you select a service with “No cancellation” option, you will not be able to change the order dates or to cancel your order, and you will not get a refund. In this case you can only change a licence plate number.
If you select a service with “Cancellation available” option, you will be able to change the date, licence plate number or to cancel your order. The amount paid (excluding the bank transfer fees)will be refunded within 10 working days from the receipt of the request.

Yes, it is safe. All payments are made via Paysera, a specialised payment collection platform. Money will be transferred to the owner of the parking lot – SE Lithuanian Airports. Payments for online reservations of the parking spaces can be made by the following methods:

How do I get a VAT invoice for parking?
If you are paying for parking online, check the box “Issue invoice to the name of the company” and enter the required data. Upon provision of the service, the VAT invoice will be sent before the end of the current month to the e-mail address indicated.

The parking lots are located 30 m away from the passenger terminal, which can be reached in less than 1 minute by foot.
How do I enter and exit the car park?
At the entrance to the car park provided with the boom barrier, the cameras will register the licence plate number. The boom barrier will then open automatically. The same procedure applies when exiting the car park. Follow the infoterminal instructions – it will state what actions you need to undertake.
Does a parking space numeration system apply?
The parking spaces are marked by lines. The number identification system is not available. There are only specially designated accessible parking spaces. Please park your vehicle in any convenient space and comply with the traffic rules.
